Evan Conder

Evan Conder brings over 13 years’ experience in real estate development. From 2012 to 2015 at Hutton, Conder executed over 50 build-to-suit deals, for retailers such as Walmart Neighborhood Market, and multi-tenant strip centers. Conder joined Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC in 2015, where he handled JWA’s legacy assets and pursuits of mixed-use properties. During that time, he spearheaded JWA Ventures grocery anchored development platform that ultimately became Venture South Investments. Evan Conder holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Western Kentucky University.

Michael Kuniansky

Michael Kuniansky grew up in the Real Estate business as his family owns and operates MK Management Company with a current industrial Real Estate portfolio of 40+ properties. He joined the VSI team in 2024 as VP – Operations focusing on day-to-day operations, lease and contract negotiations and construction management. From 2013-2023, Michael worked at SREG (Salomon Real Estate Group) as a Vice President. In 2009, he joined Skyline Seven Real Estate as a Vice President where he helped start and grow the company’s 3rd Party Leasing and Management services. Michael has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Texas and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia.

Rick Langhorne

Rick Langhorne brings over 40 years of experience in Real Estate Finance, Asset Management, and Development. In his various roles at Jim Wilson & Associates, RONUS Properties, Hutton, and Venture South, Rick has developed extensive expertise in Real Estate debt and equity financing, acquisitions, dispositions, asset and property management, development, as well as lender and investor relations and accounting. Rick holds a BBA in Accounting from University of Georgia and spent the early part of his career with Price Waterhouse as a CPA

Alix Ayala

Leasing & Development Coordinator

Alix Ayala is a Leasing and Development Coordinator at Venture South Investments, LLC, with over a decade of experience in corporate real estate. Before joining the firm, she was part of CBRE Capital Markets, where she managed transaction documentation, client communications, and closing procedures. She played a key role in tracking sale timelines, supporting multi-market assignments, and ensuring compliance with client policies. Alix’s knowledge in lease and ownership transactions, combined with her background in multifamily property management with Post Properties in Houston and Austin from 2000 to 2010, gives her a well-rounded perspective on the industry. She attended the University of Houston-Downtown and The Real Estate Business School in Austin, further strengthening her understanding of business and real estate practices.

Barbara Wilkinson

Barbara Wilkinson began working with Venture South Investments, LLC in 2017 as a Project Development Manager. Prior to 2017, she worked as a Real Estate Agent for several years, specializing in new construction homes in the greater Montgomery, Alabama region. From 1988 to 2008, Barbara worked for Jim Wilson and Associates, LLC.
