Ventures South Investments (“VSI”) was formed in 2020 following the success of Jim Wilson & Associates Ventures (“JWA Ventures”). As our portfolio expanded with additional investments, so did our need to differentiate and rebrand the company.
The result oriented VSI team has over $300 million in various retail development projects since 2015 and continue to produce high quality developments.
