The principals of VSI were instrumental in the execution of the shopping venue, EastChase Venue for Jim Wilson and Associates. The development opened in October of 2019 and shortly thereafter a sale was successfully completed of the 65,000 square foot project featuring the national retailers Best Buy and Burlington. EastChase Venue is a commercial retail development which is part of the 330-acre, mixed-use project that started in 2002 with the initial opening of the Shoppes at EastChase. The sale transaction of EastChase Venue to an institutional buyer was completed on November 20, 2019.
