VSI is currently under construction on the Shops at Indian Creek, a Publix anchored shopping center located in the City of Locust Grove, Henry County, GA. The 66,387 square foot shopping center consists of a Publix Super Market (48,387 SF) and two ancillary shops buildings (18,000 SF). There will be up to 9 outparcels contained within the shopping center. The develop experienced a difficult entitlement, design, and construction process, including a rezoning, wetland mitigation, off-site DOT improvements, a new traffic signal, presence of rock, etc. VSI is making great progress and will be delivering in Q4 2025

The Shops at Indian Creek is part of a master-planned development known as Tanger Station. Tanger Station has developed several thousand homes along Tanger Blvd. The City of Locus Grove is a fast-growing community in Henry County, south of Atlanta. Locust Grove has well positioned itself as a logistics, manufacturing, and distribution hub, with convenient access to I-75.
