The principals of VSI were instrumental in the execution of the shopping venue, EastChase Central for Jim Wilson and Associates. The development opened in October of 2017 and shortly thereafter a sale was successfully completed of the 56,000 square foot project featuring the outstanding national retailers Marshalls, HomeGoods, Kirkland’s and Five Below. EastChase Central is a commercial retail development which is part of the 330-acre, mixed-use project that started in 2002 with the initial opening of the Shoppes at EastChase. The sale transaction of EastChase Central to an institutional buyer was completed on November 17, 2017.
