The principals of VSI executed the development of a Publix anchored shopping center for JWA Ventures, LLC, known as Tobesofkee Crossing. The 68,887 square foot development opened in 2020 in Macon, GA. The project encountered multiple constraints including, zoning, title, environmental, and site development challenges, that the principals of VSI were able to solve. The diverse mix of local and regional tenants has made this shopping center a thriving destination for the Lake Tobesofkee submarket of Macon, GA.
