The principals of VSI executed the development of a Heartland Dental and Panda Express for JWA Ventures, LLC. The development opened in 2019 and shortly thereafter a sale was successfully completed of the 4,280 square foot Heartland Dental and 2,200 square foot Panda Express project. The project is located in the master planned development known as Juban Crossing, within the Denham Springs submarket of Baton Rouge. The sale transaction was sold to a Missouri based investor in 2020.
