VSI successfully executed a build-to-suit for O’Reilly Auto Parts. The development opened in 2021 and shortly thereafter a sale was successfully completed of the 7,600 square foot project featuring one of the nation’s top automotive retailers. The project is located in Powder Springs, GA, a suburb of Atlanta, GA. The sale transaction of O’Reilly Auto Parts was sold to an Atlanta based investor in 2021.
