VSI is currently under construction on the Shops at Arden Woods, a Publix anchored shopping center located in the City of Mauldin (Greenville), Greenville County, SC. The 66,387 square foot shopping center consists of a Publix Super Market (48,387 SF) and two ancillary shops buildings (18,000 SF). There will be two outparcels contained within the shopping center. VSI is making great progress and will be delivering in Q4 2025.

Arden Woods is a master planned community developed by Mark III Properties, with homes by Ryan Homes and Meritage Homes. The site was once a private golf club called Bonnie Brae. The 200 acre development commenced in 2019 and is close to being fully built out.
