VSI is currently in the design and permitting phase of its next project, the commercial development at Hammock Oaks. The project will consist of a free-standing grocery store and up to 6 outparcels. The development is positioned between two traffic signals, one at CR-466 and Cherry Lake Rd and one at CR-466 and Hammock Oaks Blvd. The project will break ground in Q1 2025 and deliver in Q1 2026.
