VSI purchased approximately 30 acres in 2023 for the purpose of developing a mix of use master plan, known as Yardly Buffaloe Village in Raleigh, NC. Simultaneously at land closing, VSI sold approximately 22 acres to Taylor Morrison (TM BTR of Carolinas), one of the largest home building companies in the United States. Together, VSI and TM are executing a plan to deliver seven outparcel developments and 200+ build to rent units. Construction will commence in 2025 and open in 2026.
