VSI executed the development of a Publix anchored shopping center known as Kelleytown Village. The 66,387 square foot shopping center opened in 2022 in McDonough, Henry County, GA. The project faced a difficult rezoning, but our team was able to rezone the 23 acre property to a mixed use zoning designation, master planned for a grocery anchored shopping center, multiple outparcels, and Phase 2 area. The merchandising mix and tenancy has provided a first class center, anchored by a top producing Publix in a coveted area of Henry County. The Phase 2 area will be developed as an age targeted multifamily development.
