The principals of VSI executed the development of a Publix anchored shopping center for JWA Ventures, LLC, known as the Shoppes at Ola Crossroads. The 70,887 square foot development opened in 2021 in McDonough, GA. The project faced a difficult rezoning, but the principals of VSI were able to rezone the 100+ acre property to a mixed use zoning designation, master planned for a grocery anchored shopping center and hundred of homes and other uses. The merchandising mix and tenancy has provided a first class center, anchored by a top producing Publix in a coveted area of Henry County.
