The principals of VSI executed the build-to-suit of a Tire Discounters store for JWA Ventures, LLC. The development opened in 2019 and shortly thereafter a sale was successfully completed of the 8,200 square foot project featuring one of nation’s fastest growing retailers. The project is located in Madison, TN, a suburb of Nashville, TN. The sale transaction of Tire Discounters set a record cap rate at the time, and was sold to California exchange buyer in 2019.
